Stress is something we all experience. There is no such thing as a stress-free life. We need some stress, but we must learn to identify it before it overwhelms us. Without stress, our lives would not be as exciting and challenging. Small amounts of stress aren’t bad. Too much stress is bad for our physical and mental health, as well as our overall happiness. It’s important to identify the stress in our lives and learn how to manage it before it completely takes over.
What is stress? There are four categories: general stress, life stress, work stress, and internal stress.
