Athletes– You Can Have It All

For most athletes, between loaded practice and game schedules and the coursework in a regular school day, life can feel like a full-time job. Lucky for you, I’ve compiled the advice of numerous athletes for maintaining school, social, and athletic excellence (not specifically in that order), as well as other tips and tricks for success on and off the field.
One of my chosen athletes, Brynn Hill (soccer), describes her typical week as “controlled chaos”. She expounds on the word controlled, because even amid seemingly sporadic movements in your life with the right attitude and organization you ultimately control what happens in your life.
