In just a few weeks, we will say goodbye to 2018 and hello to 2019. For every New Year, come resolutions about what behavior we will change to be better people. Maybe the goal is to eat better, get healthy, exercise more or manage time better. Whatever it may be, statistics show that these well-meaning resolutions are unfortunately short-lived with most of them abandoned before month end.
Instead of the traditional resolution why not try something different this year? Something that will leave an impact that lasts longer than a few weeks or a month?
