(Getting Through the End of the Year Exams and Stress)
You have finally made it to the end of the semester-congratulations! Before you wrap it up, you get to take final exams. Here are five things to remember during finals week to help you get through your exams and not feel so much stress.
*Studying is important, but don’t cram. Spread your studying out over days and don’t try to do it in one night. You might remember some of the information, but you will probably be too tired to fully function and be your best self for your exams. Take breaks while studying too. Don’t sit so long that your body is in a tight ball; walk around and stretch. Close the books for a little while and go enjoy some fresh air, or at least walk away from your study table once each hour.
