Daily Habits and How You Need to Change Them

At the start of each New Year, many people set beginning of the year goals or New Year’s resolutions, but unfortunately, many of them have been broken or forgotten about within the first two weeks of the year. Sticking with them seems to be difficult, whether it is a new exercise plan, or diet, or something related to changing our lives. In order for it to “stick,” it must become a habit. According to Aristotle, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.” One of the most important habits to change is managing our time.

Whether we know it or not, we waste a lot of time during the day, and don’t have anything to show for it.
