Stress, Part 2 of 2: Learning How to Relax and Deal With It

Because stress is something we all experience, we have to learn how to deal with it. It is important that we learn to relax, be calm, and manage the stress that is a regular part of our lives. We have to learn how to manage it before it completely takes over.

No matter the type of stress (general, life, work, internal); we can learn to deal with it. Once you learn to identify, recognize, and identify what (and who) causes us stress, we can then learn how to work through the stress and develop ways to care for ourselves and relieve some of the stress.
