Caleb Wesley of Rockwall, TX and Sophie Fouts of Waxahachie, TX are the recipients of this year’s Teen Graffiti Educational Book Scholarships for their outstanding commitment to education and community service.
Caleb Wesley is a 2017 graduate of Rockwall High School and he will be attending Prairie View A&M University in the fall majoring in Registered Dietician or Physical Therapy. Caleb is the son of Eric & Terri Wesley of Rockwall, TX.
Sophie Fouts is a 2017 graduate of Waxahachie Global High School and she will be attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University in the fall majoring in English. Sophie is the daughter of Tony & Laurie Fouts of Waxahachie, TX.
