In quiet moments, most of us find time to relax and review our memories. For most of us it is a pleasant pastime. But when we review our past memories, we should be careful not to condemn ourselves with regrets and remorse and words like “If only I had done this or done that.”
It is easy to recall a cross word spoken without careful thought to a special friend or a family member or another loved one, or a time when our younger brother or sister tried our patience.
