Teens Reaching Teens, Inc. (founded in October 2000 by Sharon Jones-Scaife), is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Garland, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Mrs. Jones-Scaife saw a need to give local teens a voice. Therefore, in February 2000 Teen Graffiti, a bi-monthly publication, was founded to act as their voice and avenue of communication to express their opinions, concerns, and ideas. Our target market is broadly based and is defined as teens ages 12-19 years of age at all levels in any organization. The initial focus of Teen Graffiti was toward the teen community in the North Texas area. However, marketing efforts have resulted in national focuses on all teens ages 12-19.
